Crime of the Week
Two Teenage Homicide Investigations

Crime Stoppers is seeking information to assist the Fort Wayne Police solve two teenage homicides that occurred within a week of each other. On June 15, 2016 the Police located John Bennett M/B/15 suffering from gunshot wounds in the area of Avondale and Baxter. On June 21, 2016 the Police located Nicholas Scroggins M/B/14 lying in the street in the 5200 block of Lillie Street suffering from numerous gunshot wounds. Anyone with information on these shootings is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 436-7867.
