On March 7, 2010 at around 11:00 AM, the victim Kasondra Harvey F/B/44 was found dead in her residence located at 8316 US 27 South.The victim had been shot several times and died from her wounds. The Allen County Police and Coroner's office ruled this shooting a homicide. Anyone with information on this homicide investigation is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 436-7867.
